An innovative social enterprise which supports disabled people, older people and family carers to design and get the practical health and social care supports they need and want, and to manage a personal support budget. We also provide training and help build capacity in community brokerage around the north west. We are a Company Limited by Guarantee and registered charity and our workforce comprises an equal team of disabled people, family carers and registered health and social work professionals all focussed on enabling individuals to have and keep the lifestyle and practical support that helps them maintain their independence.

Our website is currently being reconstructed following our move to a fab new base in St Helens. You can still access this - from end August - at www.livingnetwork.org.uk, but we will increasingly be using our new web address of www.stepbystep-nw.org.uk. Don't worry, either address will take you to our site.We will also be constructing a separate website for the Living Network - that is disabled people and family members who are wanting information, advice or hints from people in the same situation. Until that is up and running, we have started up a site temporarily on Facebook for Step by Step Living Network.As winners of the first national CSIP Personalisation award, we are a friendly and skillful crew.
